  • Rear Brake pad(s) less than 1.5 mm thick (1.1.13 (a) (ii))
  • Front Brake disc in such a condition that it is seriously weakened (1.1.14 (a) (ii))
Repair immediately (major defects):
  • Anti-lock braking system warning lamp indicates an ABS fault (1.6 (b))
  • Engine MIL inoperative or indicates a malfunction (8.2.2.2 (g))
  • Electronic power steering warning lamp indicates a system malfunction (2.6 (a))
  • Offside Front Position lamp not working (4.2.1 (a) (ii))

You would need to do the dangerour and major defects before it'll pass a test.

Fair amount of work though, if it needs a new rack, then I'm sure you'll need a new subframe as the mountings changed and you can only buy the revised version now? Plus all the fixing bolts are 180 stretched and the bolt kit is around £60 if I remember correctly.
