Had a more in depth on the settings, and i've found the ones that was missing. It's a bit over whelming like there's a lot. Quit a few that i can't test out until i get in the game. Been trying to get some of the settings transfered over from BF1 and BF4 but some of them are not the exact same so you got to get use to it like.

Also found out that there is some rewards to be had on the beta like skins, camo, dog tags and that

Download it. It's in the store.
If you haven't got an early access code then you'll be able to play on the weekend when it's open to all.

I'd happy to play BF4 , BF1 over BF2042 any day of the week. The gameplay looks great but we'll see when we get to play it ourselfs, either we'll hate it or love it. But still got BF4 to fall back on lol. Still not going to pre order it and wait a fair few days or couple weeks then I'll see and order it

Interesting that. I don't actually mind BF2042 tbh - but I don't really go online much with FPS's anymore - the outright childish toxicity is as boring as it is pointless.

For me, the absolute worst online BF from a playability perspective however was BF1. I was late to the party for BFV online and died a lot - but at least it made 'sense'. BF1 was riddled with absolute WTF moments - hated that thing.

Interesting that BF2042 will not launch without Secure Boot being enabled in the BIOS now. I assume BF6 is the same?
