Absolutely smashed the game since release. Been off work and ill tbf, that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it 😂

Been tweaking settings a bit. Made a lot of the HUD icons smaller in the game menu (down to 50% to try and tidy the screen up a bit).

Also removed DOF from aiming down sight which was annoying me and applied my FOV to ADS (seems to have affected some other bits too like the main map). Need to find your PROFSAVE_profile in My Documents for that - save a backup first, then change the following entries to the values below, CTRL + F to search for them:

GstRender.WeaponDOF 0
GstRender.FieldOfViewScaleADS 1

Guessing there's a lot more beneficial/performance tweaks available in that file, likely all covered in this guys own profile file that you can download from this vid.

I definitely need to tune the settings down a touch, when I use OBS I definitely notice the frame drop. Plus I’m not capturing some ‘wtf’ moments.

Occasionally when I run/jump over small obstacles I’ll just bounce up into the air 10m. Well this happened to a guy I was mid gunfight with 😂 Also on Iberian offensive I killed someone in an alleyway and just catapulted up into the sky. Had to use my parachute to come down again 😂

I had this last night too

Went to crouch behind some cover as I had half the team shooting at me. Game decided that just wouldnt do and COD4 yeeted me into the air. Instantly died

that post didn't answer my question. my question is can i change my settings when i'm in a game match, in the beta you could only change the settings in the training area like it's shown in that video.

Yes.

If you’re changing advanced settings you’ll need to reboot the game for the changes to take effect.

I doubt there's much (if anything) that would need a reboot on a console.

I think it says it'll change next match on some stuff on PC too.

Which one you got mate? Just got the G7 Pro but yet to try it. My Xbox elite which I bought in July already has stick drift so I've decided to try something else for once.

It’s a modified PS5 controller mate. With different Whore effect joysticks 😉 and back buttons. Sadly I’ve killed my original one! It’s ruined BF for me, the movement feels a bit shite in the game anyway. Made even worse by not being able to spring when I want. Also makes selecting menus a bit of a task!

Yeah these whore effect joysticks seem to be the way to go these days 😂. Should definitely make the game more enjoyable. The one before my current one wouldn't register some clicks and it'd definitely screw you over at times.
