Still an outrageously good looking game, I honestly can't think of anything that's surpassed it tbh

Yeah - plays really well. I get a micro-stutter when I go into a completely new section of the map - but that's usually when I'm going flat out in a car. On foot, there's nothing at all. What’s the gameplay/physics like now? It might look good but does it play well?
Apart from one or 2 glitches mine played perfectly for the 200+ hours i put in, it's an epic game. What’s the gameplay/physics like now? It might look good but does it play well?

*for just £22.99 month
I loaded up with 3 years' worth when they announced the price increase, so I am good for now, but yeah I won't be paying £23 a monthLol it feels free to me because I still have like a year left on whatever I paid last year 😂. f**k paying it at £23 a month though I feel like there's always a cheaper method than that.
Plus not everything is free on gamepass hence why I worded it like that.

Everything on Gamepass is "free" with the ultimate tier? What games are you seeing that are not?
I got sick of that in the end, so she got ignored towards the end of the game.I still have finished this. Every time I finish something it automatically sets me to go to Embers.
Going though some PL missions now and doing random side jobs.
Does "I really want to stay at your house" ever end? I'm sure we've been through the same questions a few times now and I still get messages from her about coming over again.

No you can still do the conversion thing, but the ratio is poor compared to what it was, I had done that twice when it was good though, so I had 6 years worth for very cheap! How did you load up 3 years worth, I thought that scam got replaced a few years back with the updated buy 3 gold plans plus 1 ultimate which converted it to 14 to 18 months (I forget which) of Ultimate?
Ah right, yeah there is a lot of stuff that isn't on Gamepass.I should have said not all games are included in gamepass so yeah I guess my wording was pretty dumb lol.
Anyway I look forward to giving this a try. Was tempted to buy it a while ago so I'm glad to see it's been added. Just need to drag my ass off ARC now.

This time I just bought 2.5 years worth of codes off CDKeys (or Loaded as it is now) and stacked them at the old price, before they hiked the prices, as I still had about 6 months left and 3 years is the maximum you can stack. Works out at just over a tenner a month for 30 months, so I am good until mid-September 2028.
Yeah they have nerfed all the good methods for getting it cheap now sadly. The last method I used was buy 2 years of EA play and then 1 month game pass. Not sure what the conversion was but at the time it was the cheapest method.
I don't have any of these issues on PC and the lighting is incredibleCyberpunk's Second Chance
Having only played through Cyberpunk 2077 once on PC when it first released, It’s recent addition to Xbox’s GamePass felt like the right time to revist Night City. I don’t really remember having too many issues or even crashes on PC at first launch, but the game was just boring and felt unfinished. Maybe I was just one of the lucky ones, but I remember consoles suffering to the point Sony withdrew Cyberpunk from the store. Nearly 6 years have passed since then so how does the console experience hold up today?
Booting up the game to the main menu and the first thing I noticed is the music is insanely loud. I hadn't changed anything on my TV so it gave me a jump! Straight into the settings to turn it down and I decided to have a look around the options. I struggle with motion sickness when playing FPS games, so it's a shame that there are no camera options to adjust. The menus, before even starting the game are confusing, why is A and then X and sometimes start used to confirm something, just pick one button and stick to it! This doesn't improve once in game, the menus are complicated, poorly explained and the mouse cursor can get in the sea. If I wanted to use a cursor, I would be playing on PC.
I decided to start as a Nomad, having previously picked street kid. I was expecting a completely different start to the game and was fairly disappointed to be forced into Night City only after a few minutes. I expected to stay out in the desert a while longer to get some proper backstory. The only real difference are a few dialogue choices. Progress through what essentially is the tutorial to rescue Sandra and I noticed my first issue. Once the trauma team had left, I turned around to Jackie and he glitched through the lockers against the wall before walking normally towards the door, not a great start. Even during the combat/hacking tutorials I noticed pathing issues with NPCs. Starting to walk in one direction and then quickly turnaround back and forth a few times before settling on which direction they want.
Tutorial complete and getting some freedom to explore, I decided to look around and do some of the side missions. This is where the game really starts to fall apart. Whilst Cyberpunk has some excellent looking moments, the lighting on console during the day is shocking. I honestly think Witcher 3 looks better and thats a game from over 10 years ago. The NPCs glitch through walls, stairs and each other. There are plently of graphical artifacts and poor LOD pop in. I thought to myself, have they really done anything in 6 years? I walked into a garage and completly fell through the map and couldn't get out. My only option was to reload my last save. The more I roamed around Watson, the worst it got. Cyberpunk is a game that tries so hard to give the impression that so much is happening and Night City is a complex area full of things to do, but in realitly barely anything happens. You can walk the streets and barely see anyone or anything. There just isnt that much to do. A lot of the early side missions involve stealing things. I quite like the idea of the stealth elements, but they are poorly executed. Enemies are either stuck or have x ray vision.
It's not all bad, the engine sounds of the cars are pretty awesome. V's starter car sounds like a VW Golf R32. Sadly this alone isn't enough to save it in my opinion. I have only put around 15 or so hours in and progressed the story past the Arasaka heist, but after all these years I expected a lot of drastic changes. To me it just trying to be a futuristic GTA game, but it doesn't even come close. It actually feels worse than it did compared to release. Maybe If i played again on PC, things might be different, but at this point, I'm not sure If I will finish this playthrough.
i am not really sure how much they differ but apart from maybe 1 or 2 glitches in the 250 odd hours i played i never had any issues on the PC, i did have to change the setting as on some of the hight graphic setting it did seem stupidly bright in the day, i really enjoyed my play through specially as i did try and play it first time round on the PS5 and it was so poor, if their is one criticism it's a lot of the missions are quite similar, but generally i found it pretty awesome.Cyberpunk's Second Chance

On a slightly more constructive note, how come you're choosing to play on console this time instead of PC? I thought gamepass applied to both platforms as it's a Microsoft thing
The basic game is the same but Cyberpunk definitely seems like one of those games that had a lot more attention paid to the PC version, especially in terms of bug fixes and customisation. I'm honestly surprised that there are still so many issues on console though, you'd think 6 years would be enough time to iron out silly things like falling through the map 🙃I bought it on PC when it first came out through GOG. Game pass I have had on and off and saw it pop up so thought I would give it a try, if the core game is still the same it doesn't really matter which platform you try
Where as Stalker 2 seems to be completely the opposite, Console version is stable and fine, the PC version is f**king awful, plays fine for a few mins then drops to 5 FPS for no reason at all, still don't think they have fixed it.The basic game is the same but Cyberpunk definitely seems like one of those games that had a lot more attention paid to the PC version, especially in terms of bug fixes and customisation. GPU memory limit maybe? Haven't experienced that with Stalker 2 during my 100 hours, but I've had it in a couple of other games like the new Resident EvilWhere as Stalker 2 seems to be completely the opposite, Console version is stable and fine, the PC version is f**king awful, plays fine for a few mins then drops to 5 FPS for no reason at all, still don't think they have fixed it.
I would hope not, 3070ti should be alright, specially at 1440pGPU memory limit maybe? Haven't experienced that with Stalker 2 during my 100 hours, but I've had it in a couple of other games like the new Resident Evil
I'd agree. The latest DLSS 4.5 support changes have smashed 2077 out of the park on PC.The basic game is the same but Cyberpunk definitely seems like one of those games that had a lot more attention paid to the PC version, especially in terms of bug fixes and customisation. Just run a benchmark and got the below. That FPS rate.....
