It's not actually on a Clio, it's a Juke Nismo but I believe they share the same engine. My brother has been offered it cheap as the chain is noisy, he wants me to tackle it if he buys it.

Doesn't look any worse than any other timing chain to be fair in the videos I watched when I was looking at buying my Mégane.
