A re-map will offer about 5-10bhp... not alot really but the car will feel a bit nippier.

I paid £250 but that was without a rolling-road test.

expect to pay about £350-400

whats the difference between a custom remap and a group n as im getting mine remapped at christmas from rs tuner

Custom is a one off map suited to your own car. Group N is generic map

A remap will only add power IF done correctly. Be careful where you go as we see so many losing power.

An example was the other day on a C2 VTS, superchips managed to lose 2hp and 2lbft all over the rpm range (i loaded an original map).

It goes to show that it's not always the big companies you can trust!
