Polishing pads

I was wondering with the polish pads for a pc or a g220 or any da polisher, once used can they be washed and used again?

Yeh mate.

I tend to soak mine in a bit of megs APC for a day then press all the water and polish out then leave it to dry on the radiator...

Instead of APC you can also use washing up liquid but it requires more effort getting the dirt off!

yup as above, use warm water it will work better, i use washing up liquid and you can work out most of the polish with your fingers

Also to dry them, give them a quick spin on the G220 to get most of the water out. I then put mine in the airing cupboard.

Keep pads clean by washing them after use. I use Fairy Liquid in a basin of warm water, squeeze the polish out of the pad with the soapy water, and then rinse very thoroughly and allow to air dry. No need for specialist cleaners. same for hand pads too..
