so....anyone else banned from forza 3?

got a message today saying im banned for the next 2 weeks on the store front and auction house ..... so this happened to anyone else on here???
all i had up was a logo of cliosport up on there and a design of carbon fiber nowt else

You cant use the cliosport logo without permission so having it for sale on there might be why you got banned.

see thats what i thought but it seems everyone else thats made a cliosport logo is fine on there i had found about 15!!! very strange
