MK3 1.2 question

hi i was thinking about getting a 1.2/1.2tce.
it would be a 2008 model as its cheaper tax for cars made 2008+
i was wondering
if ALL "ripcurl" models were tce?
is it only the front bumper thats changed from the ph1/2?
also is it only the engine thats different from the 1.2/1.2tce?

is it only the front bumper thats changed from the ph1/2? - Nope, the rear bumper and lights are different. There might be some interior changes as well but I can't be sure.
also is it only the engine thats different from the 1.2/1.2tce? - Don't know.
