DCI air lock after filter change

Basically went to prime the new filter on my DCI 80 and there is no primer bulb..
Next best way to prime bleed the system?

Should be one by the passenger headlight iirc.

WHAT!! the primmer bulb should be dirrectly next to the filter. you cannot miss it :S

Yeah thats where it should be.. But instead there is a black section of pipe in its place.. Not ideal.. :L
