URGENT E BAY help reqd please !! ??

If I have an item listed on ebay with a reserve and no buy it now price or best offer can I end auction early if someone offers me a price more than the reserve to buy it now or does this break ebay rules or is not a good thing to do ??

Thanks for the quick reply mate :approve: item has been on since sunday and had one bid so this will still be ok even thou i havent got a buy it now or best offer in the listing ?

Nope you can literally just choose "no longer for sale" when you end the auction early.
It's perfectly fine as you can advertise things in other places than ebay

However recently eBay have changed the question/answer function so you can't send personal e-mail addresses. It's an obvious way to eliminate out of auction sales but it's easy enough to get round e.g. johnsmith at hotmail dot com (johnsmith@hotmail.com).

You're not supposed to end an auction after 12 hours before the end, I think you still can but you have to cancel any bids first before you can end it.

So if I have received 5 bids can I still end it early ? how do I cancel bids ?
