Valvers Around Hull or Yorkshire
Alright colin, im from hull but have a mk2 172, i have a mate with a spare 16v bonnet its stone chipped and has a small dent in it, but nothing that a body shop could not get rid of whilst spraying. I dont think he wants much for it. if your interested let me know and i will contact him for you.- 172 boy

Cup rev limiter....
Ive noticed that the rev limiter on my 172 is set @ 6500rpm whilst cold, after 10 - 15 mins of being driven round the rev limiter raises to 7200rpm, dont know if this solves your problem, but worth bearing in mind.- 172 boy
