Finally got around to doing the battery relocation. Renault have left a nice route to get the cable in to the boot. Found a half decent bracket on ebay and went at it. Only major issue was the battery monitoring system for the smart charging setup but got around that. Now I've got bags of room...
Insurance time again. Not as cheap as usual but adding in the engine swap bumped it a little. Still through Lancaster insurance as a broker. Mods declared, SDPC, 5k miles and 2 x sp30s for £144.
I did try a few others, tried that new custodian insurance but they came in at nearly double

Initially on fitting it seemed to have the incorrect software and wouldn't work with the car. I have since pulled the data from it and re flashed the correct "RS" data to it, I just need a dry few days and some spare time to try it.

id be tempted to swap just the tcu to start with on your original box, rather than going mad with the whole hog. Reno link will allow you to recalibrate it. Really no need if you cant feel or see the clutch slip (if it was even there...
the check antipollution error is related to so many things. Did you get a proper in depth diagnosis before hand?
also the diag can tell you the thickness of your current clutch disks. Thickness is also only part of the issue, if one is contaminated it can also slip but still be full thickness...
