Dailies cleaned today. Cleaned the Wife’s Clio inside too with I2 as she’s a key worker at a private hospital (although now seconded back into the NHS) and figured better safe etc....

It’s excellent. Similar to Gyeon Primer/Carpro Essence. I first used it a couple of years ago as a tidy up on a previously coated car and liked it then. In this instance I’d run low on anything harsher so switched to a polishing pad with surprisingly good results.

Gave my niece’s first car a going over last weekend. Washed and decontaminated then quick machine polish with Angelwax Enigma AIO. Waxed with Bilt Hamber, tyres and all external plastics with Gtechniq T1.

Klin Korea drying towel. I rarely use anything else. The big one will dry my Octavia in about 2 minutes and still doesn’t need wringing out. Witchcraft 🤣

Second day of garage isolation. Machine applied Zymol HD Cleanse then 2 coats of Quadra. New one and apparently $500...leaves a glossy and very slick finish. Front arches tidied up. Cleaned and dressed the plastic and cable tied the main bumper attachment points as they’re split. Treated and...

I’ve just ordered some more Carpro Reset (go to shampoo now - really good), Gtechniq I2 and nitrile gloves. My wife works at a hospital so I’ll be paying particular attention to keeping the interior of her car clean 😳😳 I’ve also got a cheeky product to play with. Been in the garage for a while...

I’ve also got new rubber for the front and it was booked for tomorrow for dephaser, belts, coolant bottle change and service. Clearly that’s all postponed for the foreseeable but other stuff going on out there but more important right now 👍

Lockdown day and the missus stepped in to take over home schooling. Headlights restored, new bonnet catch fitted, fog surrounds Plast-Dip’d and wiper arms painted satin black. Noticed that the front arches inside looking a bit poo so that’s the next job along with some polishing as usual 🤣
