Upgrading Brakes

Upgrading Brakes
My best friend has a 1.6 Sport and he is basically looking to upgrade the rear drum brakes to the 182/172 brakes. He told me he can get a rear beam off eBay so would it be cheaper to do that and swap the whole thing over or buy the brakes seperatly and swap them? also how hard is the conversion...- Blackbizzle
