I'm with admiral (same outfit) I have more than 5 and it still increases just they don't discount anymore for anything over 5 years. Just compare each year and move if the price isn't competitive. .

Mr pink on 197.net does some R clip style replacements. I have some originals in pretty good nick somewhere in the garage if you prefer them

I just stuck with the same argument. Do you think it is reasonable that a gearbox lasts less than 50k miles. Would you call it satisfactory quality. Do you think I should be paying for an obviously faulty part.. They will apologize a lot, giving you the opportunity to ask for them to sort it...

I got my 57 plate done in April with a 75% contribution for the box and a clutch heavily discounted. In my experience they all call themselves head of customer service. If they insist that is best they can do, ask, and keep asking for their boss. I got stuck on 60 % for a while Car had 50k on it

Just got to keep hassling them, ask for the next person up the ruk chain, Push for as high as poss let them barter you down. Ask them personally if they really think it is acceptable for a gearbox to break after such little use. Satisfactory quality etc

I've never done it myself . I'd say it will be a pain if not up in the air.. prob a couple of hours to half a day I'd guess

Just make sure u line it up fully back on the pegs when you put it back. Seems common that lots aren't then you get pulling to the left

Lots of them do this. Sometimes loosening off the front subframe and realigning helps. Will also follow camber even if arrow straight on a flat road

Offt I'd say still expensive regardless. My 57 plate r27 with xenon cornering lights and leather recaros and 49k will be for sale soon at 6250 maybe 6500

No the 200 shocks are stiffer than the 197 for cup. And softer for non cup.

Unlimited actually isn't in most cases . Check the small print will prob be 1 gb fair use.
