as soon as one questions answered i have another! fitting my std air box on my valver, but it looks as tho there should be somthing between the box and the inlet, the hole on the box looks too big, and theres too much space arround the nuts
pls help, i want to get this damn thing fitted!
and why is it blocking my std air box from fitting!
had a look through a few mk1 engine bay pics and so far havent seen another one of them
btw the bit im talking about is the round thing on the bracket witht the red cable commin from the top

this has happened twice now. basiclly, what happens is soon after i start the car it will cut out when i come off the revs. both times so far it has been when goin into a corner, light come on on the dash and the engine stops, almost as if ive stalled. once it does this once it hasnt done it...

just took out the sensor and gave it a good clean up, checked the resistance, slapped it back it and she fired up first time!

right ive turned it over and the rev counter doesnt move at all. is this more than likely going to be the problem, the crank sensor?
where abouts is it so i can have a look and see if theres anything obviously wrong
