I have looked into this myself and concluded that the standard speakers are actually good. The best way to get better sounds is to fit an underseat sub. I'm hoping to get a Kenwood one soon.
Unplug each injector and put a multimeter on the terminals of the injector. You should get 14.5 ohms or around about. A faulty one will read way below that. I did the same and had one read 10 ohms which was injector number 3. Changed it and it's now running great.

I love my 182 and it's the closest car I've found which is nearly as good as my old mini round the bends. Not quite as good though. Although when the power comes on it definitely gets going. It's a bit tame under 4k

Good little cars when they are ok. We have one which has an age old injector problem but other than that they are great on fuel. We get around 600-620 miles to a tank.
