Just went out in the valver and a loud whining sound started....next thing i knew i could hear what sounded like metal smashing about, pulled over and gt the torch underneath and there was a nice huge patch of what appears to be gearbox oil! need a new box by the sounds of it...are clio 172...

I have got a mk1 valver and the lambda sensor hole has been blocked up and the engines running ruff as though theres a sensor missing..dont know it this has anything to do with it...just wondering if they can run fine without one!? cheers!

I own a clio mk1 with f7r conversion and i turned the engine on to warm it up this morning and it ticked over nicely then i put it into gear and drove off but as i drove off it started losing revs and dropped right down then the revs shot up by itself again, it sounds like its spluttering...

Yeh dont worry ur lucky having no sunroof mine leaked a couple of months ago and now the central locking receiver doesnt work, plus me passenger window goes up and down slower....its just the age i guess!
