Took some parts over the garage today. In those bin bags are it's original wheels with Rainsports, it's currently on track tyres covered in marble pickup, even moving it around at 20mph risks throwing you in a ditch on a wet day. And a very heavy dead midget. Turned out to be driveshafts...

Just watched this, they should have twigged when the seller told them he bought it as a parts car, pants well and truly pulled down.

He's not long made the transition from filming to racing, I've only seen him drag and roll racing on a track, I've never seen him on the street before.

Does he need the car there or just the key? The Golf only came with one key, could do with a spare to stop me being paranoid of losing it.

My first track day was at Llandow, the briefing guy said "If you treat this track like an oval with a chicane you will crash". After three laps I realised you only really need to brake for the chicane because the rest of the track was just an oval.

Oh great, no point rushing to finish the Clio then, no cool photos of the Dog Kennel with the sea on the background either, it's one of the main reasons I'm getting it back on the road.

So is it at Anglesea or not? It's a bucket list track for me I've never driven on it, I finally get the Clio working again and it might not be there?
