I have bought a new hazard light switch but how do I remove the panel ? And is it as simple as remove old one and replace the new one?

Can anyone shed somelight on why my Hazard lights wont work. I have checked the fuse which looks fine and the indicators work fine but when I press the Hazard button I get nothing? Could it be all bulbs have gone?

Would you say £400 is expensive or about the going rate?

There are no noises and the car handles the same as without the lights on.
