Nope definetly not hitting, lambda sensor is no where near the heat shield. Cant think what else it can be, need to fit a new exhaust clamp and cat to manifold fitting kit soon so will have to inspect the cat when i have it in bits. Anyone have experience with the janspeed sports cat?

Nope definetly the cat, checked all of the heat shields and they are all still in place securely and away from the exhaust. The joy's of french motoring:S

I had exactly the same problem. Puddle on passenger side underneath fog light. The solution was to replace the washer jets, front bumper has to be removed but once this is done they are a doddle to replace. Ok bought a janspeed s/s cat back for my 182 a couple of months ago. And even though the car has been exposed to the recent s**t weather ive noticed a few rust spots appearing on the tips of the exhaust, and also surface rust appearing on the inside of the tips when they are wet. Car is washed...
