Interesting. I recently moved to normal unleaded as I was being a cheapskate. After the second tank I was really unhappy with the performance---it was really flat. Back to super unleaded now, and it's back to normal.

Update: The Renault garage replaced the TDC four weeks ago and the situation has improved, but the engine still fails to start one time every week. The car's going in to the garage next week for another attempt...
