Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I just go with owning 5 evo's and other performance cars over the years, running them all on the strip trackdays and sprints. Standard 172 ran 14.6 at the pod standard X ran 13.2 at the pod. What would a 280 bhp clio run .

This 360 ran 13.2 down the pod, crap over weight euro box wannabe 39K wasted ..lol think my old 2.8i was as fast. A good power clio would eat that x in a straight line once off the line.

Evo any day. We let the scoobies 22b join our sprint series a few years ago, standard scoobies are between 5 and 10 seconds a lap of the standard evo's. No evo love just plain black and white figures of day today cars with none pro drivers.

Thing is with Evo's they are becoming cheap. Folk are buying them and not realising the upkeep costs and not maintaining them correctly. This as led to a lot of chaved up dogs knocking about. Tbh it's a mine field buying one second hand. Oh and don't forget THE EVO TAX all parts and labour go...
