I have just fixed the exact same issue on a clio, i cant be 100% sure as every case is different but the way i cured it for someone was change the relay. What happens is rust & water gets into the fusebox...

Right it could be a faulty relay have a look in the fuse box there will be 2 relays, try swap there over see if it starts. One of them will be the fan

I've got an aftermarket Sony Xplod head unit in my Clio 04 1.2 8v. I was just wondering how do i go about wiring up the switch where you can change the track and volume from the steering wheel? Not sure if it's possible on an aftermarket head unit but worth a shot.

problem 1. the way we wired it the battery is CONSTANTLY giving the amp power. it was still on this morning meaning it wouldnt start today.
Unplugged it all and taped it up for the time being...
I fitted a sub and amp into my clio and there was no in line fuse, i didn't run the sub or anything just left it hooked up. Now my car won't start lol.
