Is the high beam the same lamp?
Are the conectors loose? Did you test connections with a multimeter?
You can just try to turn on the lights and manually try to connect the light and see if anything comes up, there has to be power there if a fuse didn't blow.
See my update on post #2, apparently the cable is not 100% at fault, the manual spinning wheels are part at fault since i had to unstuck the bottom one manually and they seem kinda loose, so idk if replacing the cable would help because i've straightened it best i can and it still won't go...
I follow the cable and it leads me to the photos below...
Can anyone take a picture of their working system, it's the passenger side behind the center console.
Mine's a clio II PH II 04 manual panel with AC.
I've managed to unstuck the cable but it still doesn't feel 'good enough'...
Thanks...
While following a guide to remove the heater panel on a clio i encountered this below:

Oh thanks anyway :)
I was going to buy this one https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/bfG4HsFm but in the description it says it doesn't support clio II lol

For real, too much plastic, i ripped the left side top screw hole because i didn't know i had to remove the wheel pit and just forced it, both sides, well i just hope the bumper holds good this winter or the new headlight comes first to see if i can make sometype of proper fix.
Are you saying that i can't do anything about it now 2 months latter?
Let's see the reply tomorrow :)
Up to date i also received good packages except for one a month ago that got refunded, i'll post back with the result.
I had no time up until now to remove the bumper & the headlights, i...
I made package insurance (what they call it) , i'll get at least my money back, they won't resend one but i will after, thanks for the help and making me realize this crappy chinese knock offs isn't worth messing with the car's eletrical itself.
Still bothersome to refit and then remove the...
While connecting the left side headlight socket the right most connector (the black cable belonging to the position lamp) went inside the headlight and i cannot put it back in it's position, headlight can't be disassembled nor i have enough space to fit that connector in, not even the wire...
Well, i'm looking for a system that replaces the default stock airbox because the design on it is crap, i'll see what i can do... but that system with a proper sized airbox would be good no?

Where's that airbox from? I want to find a different kind of airbox for my Ph2 because the original has such a design that i can't stop it from making vibrating noise idling...
Also, nice project you got here ;)
