Dashboard replacement (digital to manual gauges)

I got a 04' dci ph2, how impossible would be to change the dashboard display from the digital one to the manual one?

I got this one and want to change it to this

Is it an impossible task while keeping the full funcionality? The layout of the pins on the back is different and won't fit.
Is there a guide?

I really like the manual one's look best... but it's probably not worth the trouble...

Edit: mine's at KPH, not MPH, idk if that matters... probably country-specific.
