Our yearly visit to Blackpool North west stages is happening next weekend, we are seeded number 33 on the multi venue rally, we are the only Clio crew this year so we hope once again to come home with some silver ware in the 2.0 ltr class, come and watch :approve:

No the box has not failed, but I didn't want to chance any damage, the pre load I think is down to the bevel washer which was snapped.

Was rallying at Croft on Sunday and ended up retiring, when I spotted that we were have excessive under steer, Checked the pre load on the diff and there was non. I'm using 5/40 total oil. same here with the cold pressure having to be careful not to get 100 psi when cold.

So I have shimmed the spring with 2 washers, fresh pump, and a 4mm restrictor in the oil way to the head, tick over oil pressure when warm is now 25psi (was 16psi) and above 6000 rpm the oil pressure is no 80psi (was 45psi) so I feel more confident, It may of been my old pump, but I have never...

I had a 197 manifold and it didn't look any better than a 182 one, so I would like a proper race manifold, space not a problem I can alter the exhaust tunnel.

Yes seen The Pure one it looks good just don't want the pipes coming up that high, I can see why they have done it, just I would rather tuck them under the car. Mark Fish will look into that.
