I did something similar with my 12Ah big b*****d battery. Flattened it and then left it in the garage during winter which just killed it
Luckily I could get a new one under warranty. Apparently you can still get them to take a charge but you need to bypass the charge controller

I mean what's the worst that can happen, you get a wheel bearing noise in a few thousand miles (if you still have the car by that point)

Get some SNR bearings on those discs, saves you a few bob. You may want to replace that rear stub though, it has been chewed a bit. The step is still there at least but it may want a quick file to take the burrs off
I use Borg and Beck stuff sometimes, had no significant issues with any of it
My offside driveshaft on the Clio is a Borg and Beck, apart from the coupler coming loose when it got hot on track and sliding into my diff seal the shaft has been spot on
