    This happened to me, on the final mission. Was gutted, but I was lucky enough to have another save other than auto. Sure there must be a work around somehow.

    I did not fancy limp home mode on the way home via the m25! Cured it so happy :)

    Left the car running outside for a hour and a bit, light went off followed by some random revving them sorted itself out completely. No more car wash, shame, did a bloody good job!
