Give the calliper a good clean up even sand down where the pad pushes in, you shouldn't need to take much if anything off the pad if it's right.
I use a straight metal file to do this on runners as they should slide free.

Stick the wheel in a bath or tub of water. It will show up the problem straight away if its going down that quick.
Could be pin hole in side wall, bad valve, bad seating in the rim if the wheel is corroded, simple puncture, or a fault with the tyre manufacturing.

Received the 16's today and defiantly just OZ aftermarket wheel but ill get them painted and see what I feel about them then.
There nice and crack/dent free but paint is tatty and all have little curb marks. Maybe a trip to a balencer for a spin up without tyres to check there not egg shaped :-)
This was (Static) and drove nice on KW v2's.
It's all a matter of taste but great pictures, I think if your looking at comparing a Clio sport to these Edition cars you don't know what your talking about, it's a totally different Car lifestyle.
