thanks guys, I tried searching for *.pst last night but it didnt turn anything up, I'll try ost later when I'm home, I'll try looking in application data too. The fact that I cant actually open Outlook is the major problem though, as i know i has built in backup things etc

sorry for such a boring thread, but Im trying to help my parents sort their computer. I am going to reformat it for them, but does anyone know where the emails are all stored so i can back them up first? (i.e c:/Program files/microsoft... etc) I cant open outlook to go to the "Store Messages"...

you go into my computer, anapod exploerer, select Artist to get the existing artists up on the right hand pane, drag any folders of music you want into the right hand pane. they should go on, thats all I ever did with mine and it was fine

i just got 600 mins + unltd to o2 numbers 1000 texts 18 mnth @ £25/ month + £90 phone = £540 whereas the vodaphone one, 35 x18mnth= £630 ive been with them a couple of years maybe that helped.
