Had this after changing a wishbone. Greased up the wishbone ARB bush and it went away. Best way to describe the noise I've heard is 'flicking an empty biscuit tin' - sound about right?

They don't 'silly' lower it... I wasn't 100% sold on the idea of lowering my 182 on cooksports but the springs needed changing anyway... Ride height is literally 20mm lower, and the wheels don't go into the arches at all, its literally spot on! Could not think of a better upgrade for 144 quid...

Changed the dampers for new genuine ones at the same time as fitting the Cooksports and pure motorsport solid top mounts.. @GCC drop links? I didn't think these cars had any as the ARB clamps directly onto the bottom of the wishbone? Unless its possible that thats moving and causing the noise...
