ouch this thread is scarey.lol
i would love to go there but the costs of crashing into there expensive barriers and or breaking down on track is just so much !!!
as above, i would hire a trailer and go get the b*****d thing, cheapest way
hope u get it sorted
Today I had a little re-arrange.i moved the battery from the boot to under the passenger seat.think it's better suited here and lower centre of gravity/less lead length
Obviously the passenger seat is all the way forward in this pic and does go right back over the battery to cover it.
Was so much fun especially with my friends in there 182s !
I haven't anymore pics of the air box.the scoop piece (the lid so to speak ) of the box is a few posts back.the sound is great that comes from the box as it reverberates.love it
well snetterton was a success,
the car was faultless and did really well, i only had a small amount of brake fade........As you can imagine i was absolutely giving it all the stick i could.
the track was really reallly wet and slippery as hell, i would compare it to driving on pretty much ice...
i have my track day tommorow at snetterton circuit.
i abandoned the brake cooling ducts i was making as i went down the lanes few nights ago and couldnt get any brake fade whatsoever.
i have however made up my scuttle panel airbox which took an hour or so to make.
its a hard fixed box / divider...
