Yep can do I can do a copy in the Aluminium - almost identical to OEM - or in CF uses same fixings - yes the pics are ones I have made. Yep can do Standard size is 72 x 46mm (a bit smaller than a business card) I've put a post in the CAR PARTS FOR SALE SECTION...

I have a Longlife full sport - no mid silencer - cat then back box It is loud, too much for long trips.

I was chaining a puncture so just weighed mine on my work postal scales for the hell of it - so pretty accurate both with pretty new tyres 195/45-r16, Conti sport contact on the Turbine, Toyo T1r on the turini Turbine (my spare) @ 17.6kg Turini @ 15.8kg
