This has gone too far... I was driving to work, in the fog, last week and someone flashed their fog lights at me as if I shouldn't drive with them on - it was foggy! He's the fog light wanker, not me.

Good job. I also completely agree with the 'perception of build quality' on German cars. I had a 182 cup for 4 years with no problems other than rattles and washer jets not working, then I had a Golf GT TDI for less than a year that cost me a small fortune in engine parts before the camshaft...

I have an RS192 with de-cat. It's quiet until you really boot it. I had a Miltek on my previous 182, also with de-cat. It was a bit louder, better made, sat better and had a better sound IMO.
