Didn't know there were some battery operated, and just had a look. You can find cheap ones, but reviews are bad , and I won't pay £80-£90 for a good one.
I was tempted to get one, as sometimes I need to use one of the self cleaning car washes near work, and is a hit and miss if the foam comes out of the machine(not using that brush), and I've been bombarded online with ads for one of these.

When I've seen the price for 18s, I was soo happy, thought I can use them on a set of 18inch I have, but then I've noticed that I would need 235/45/18, and my happiness went away 😄
