Yes, was thinking of using Surfex HD in case these are crap, and skip the snow foam bit. Didn't know there were some battery operated, and just had a look. You can find cheap ones, but reviews are bad , and I won't pay £80-£90 for a good one.

How would you say the SSS performes compared to the Mini ? Been looking at the previous gen SSS as a beginer track car, but now I've also eyed a Mini. Never driven a SSS, but had a R56 mini before.

I would say yours is a bit overpriced. It's not the best colour out there for it, plus besides the cambelt, it doesn't have any of the common issues fixed, like flexis/manifold, gearbox refurb, radiator subframe. Not to mention no Recaros, which is a big selling point for this. If it was me...
