i only paid 4400 for my phase 2 51 plate 172 a year ago with 39000 miles! i think the previous owner was told it needed numourous things changing for mot but it didnt! :rasp:

the rattle is most likely the front box not the cat. when i got mine not long ago there was rattling from that area at them revs, the guy i got it off had a garage look at it and thought it was the cat. when i got my cat back system the rattling went (the garage got it wrong!)

i think it was you that left the flyer on my car (black 172) in sutton or kingston car park cant remember (about 2 months ago) ????

try eurocar parts and gsf cheaper than ebay for brake pads and discs. not to hard to change.

i changed mine about a month ago and i tryed eurocar parts first and they told me that they dont do them for the 172! then i went to halfords and couldnt get any there so ended getting them off of ebay! £12 for all four plugs sounds a realy good price to me.

as long as the spark plug sparks you are not ever gona be able to tell the difference! i would personaly go for the cheapest out of the two, just saw on ebay bosh delivered for £18

blue wire is a remote turn on (for your amp)

i had ngks in before i put the bosh in and you cant notice the difference, they are fine.

£15 PER PLUG from renault!!! I put bosh super 4 in mine £20 delivered from ebay. A guy at renault told me that ngk's are causing misfire in some 172's.
