The GTT conversion a bit crude, The standard N/A 1400 8v is a great base, beter then a F7P or F7R, despiote all the mods mine really started pulling hard in everygear when i pressed the Ecotech into service.
any doubter can see my R/R slip when it bounced off the rollers at 165BHP
no serious guys,
stage one kit that i got mail order from max power, the car is just lighting now! i have got a Jap style wide scoop Bad boy front bumper that draws air in the inlet,
its a real beast with the stage 1 mods - chip de-cat induction kit.
A mate has got a JDM early style CTR...
My Bad Boy RT has got twin 45mm downdraft webbers and an induction kit and an ECU and a choke lever but itrs not a GTT
its faster then a CTR, lower then go kart, got a phatter body kit then the whole of the fast and furious cast. it it sits on 18s with clear rear lights.
Of course this isnt OE
your a tw*t, dont you know anything about cars/mopeds? you cant suck petrol through a straw and you cant turn the entire bike upside down!
this one is a beauty, bog bore conversion and re-jetted carb. I got to face this lad in college tomorrow and i need answers!
my RT came out the factory on a twin choke webber Hence no ECU. some of the very early LHD H reg RTs were fitted with the old renault 5 GT turbo engine, but these are rare ive only ever seen two in the UK.
How do i know your not winding me up further. I need honest advice how to get this stuff out ASAP
are you prepared to come round and do this yourself? Im based in Reading
a good RT is worth its weight in gold, and from what i read your RT sounds like a real minter mate, If its going to be repaired then its always best to get it done by Renault as they dont use inexperienced guys, if you want to question thier abaility then check out the paint on new 172s...
i raced a few in my RT and i used to struggel untill i had a stage 1 conversion, now i can keep with them easy and even lose them on the twisties.
Long Live The Mighty RT!!
i cant believe you posted that, i mentioned it to my mate with a Moped (DT50 "de-restricted") and he added a bit of peanut oil to his half full tank and its been spluttering like made ever since, Is there anythuing we can do to get it out? the oil looks like its on the top at the moment
