hi just wondering has any1 had a proper drive of a 225 yet? as i own snuftys old 2.0 valver and not starting a racing thread but i followed 1 to work the other morning and passed him? now i know my car is quite nippy but i thought they would have been faster than it was having 225 bhp?

i gotta remember that trick lol

i pushed my valver to 120 the other day but that was comin on 4 6k lol

pah! the vtr hits the 100 in about 29 secs! they know nowt

not sure mate,my engine in another car with de cat filter did 0-100 in 22 secs if that helps

i havent tried in the clio yet,but iv always found it 2 be an advantage,as its easier than goin off the brake then back on

u use heel and toeing so when u are changin down gears u are able to blip the throttle so the car goes into the next gear smoothly u turn ur right foot to the side so it covers both the brake and accellerator pedals,and when braking u push ur heel down to blip the throttle 2 engage the lower...

i tend to just b4 a corner,good techique once u get the hang of it lol i tend to blip with the heel,but i do it when i comin to the corner,not when u halfway round
