dors it say update list on the stereo? - by the sounds of it you need iso extension as your iso connections are under seat (?), then a Connects2 CTSRN005.2 - and aerial extension if this is under the seat also - Have a look at dynamic sounds - theyre usually quite competitive with pricing...

Mk3 onwards need a 2 harness as they are quadlocks- im presuming you have a mk2 if you've already plugged it in as these have standard iso, have you checked that all the plugs are connected tightly and none of the pins have been damaged? Does the stereo mute out when the parrot is active...

Can just get iso extensions from autoleads if you need to route it a longer way, you could also make a stalk contol extension if you were keen enough, is it no just going to be pointless having a dead factory hu in the dash tho? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah just ignition feed, there will be a constant from the radio loom, if the constant is on orange then swap the inline fuses on the parrot loom (these just twist apart) then run a new feed to the fused side of the parrot loom - if this make sense, I think the fuse box if behind/below glove...
