I wouldn't bother with the white. THe paint on the bumpers and plastics looks less white than on the metal. Looks cheap. That was what I was after 'til I saw one up close.
Then I went Ultra Red.
As for suggesting a Vauxhall. A diesel Vauxhall. Are you out of your mind? Every Vauxhall...
Hi there. I won the springs on ebay and have requested a total cost including packaging but haven't heard a dickie bird since. Could you let me know ASAP please mate?
Funny again. My mate went from tooling around in a S1 Rallye to an E30 M3. That got written off in the summer floods so he's just bought a 16v GTI engined XSI. You probably know the one in fact off the rallye register. Been stripped to under 800kgs.
Welcome dude. Funy though, a mate of mine has been tooling around in his sisters 172 Cup and thinks the chassis is a bit "meh" compared to the 106. So much so he's gone back to owning a 106.:D
You said it "revs out." After explaining that you mean it still feels like it has more power to come but the limiter cuts in. Ergo the level at which the rev limit is set is entirely relevant. You could do two things to improve it y'see:

2: Fit different ratios to give...
Most just chuck 'em through the auctions or shift them on to bigger dealers. 05 plate is borderline in terms of used sell on by a dealer. Little money in the used market so they tend to punt anything over a couple of years on to the auctions.
How does a car "rev out" whilst still in the power band. This statement makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
Congratulations on Ben H for making the most coherent, obvious and sensible statement probably in the past 5 years on CS. Everything he said is bang on the money.
