Did you ever get sorted with KnS bud? I'm more than happy to help / guide you along the way! Turbo seals are a pretty easy job, just time consuming. Just your EGR valve again soon to see how badly it's leaking.

KnS in Peterlee do the gates drive belt for pennies. That's what I've got on my dCi. Did you find out why the EGR was wet? Sadly I thought this was down to turbo seal failure.

Had my dCi 100 for the past 7 years... only problem I had is the fuel pump eating itself.

I certainly do, been through it all, knackered clutch slave cylinder last month, to eating its own fuel pump a year back! She'll be going in the new year though.

You cannot keep your hands of dCi's!

There is loads I've missed, i.e. shes running 182 nun cup packed subframe, wishbones, shocks, brakes etc... sitting on Eibach Sportlines. blah blah blah
