Try them in the socket, if speeds go up its the house wiring/going across circuits/interferance. I had similar, had about 70Mbps on my old tv location, other sockets above 120Mbps and 500Mbps sharing the same socket.

Ezviz db1c, can be fitted to existing wiring and use the existing chime, just needs wiring changed about and a power box fitted that comes with it.
