How accessible is the filler cap?

When I say clunky I mean like dry nothing's smooth....I've now got the oil I got some 75w-90 manual transmission oil.....I'm now struggling to find where to put it in lol

My gearbox on my car feels grindy and rough on my Clio 197 Do i use a normal gearbox oil or do i have to use a specific oil? I'm not very in the know about this sort of stuff so i thought i'd ask
