I forgot that PS5 slims were out now.
Keep an eye out for a cheap one of these.
This one seems ok value considering you get an extra controller and a game too.

Got mine last week as Very was doing a good deal. Disk version with a game for £430, and they had a £30 off code aswell so paid 400 all in.

I havnt added any new names for quite a while, wouldn’t mind playing with some of you people depending on game too. So add you PSN id on the thread above I think it’s still stickied.
What I havnt hardly touched which is a great thing is screen share, watch you play and give an overview insight if the game is worth buying or if you need help on a certain part of the game if your stuck

I'm considering getting one because I'm suffering stick drift and my R2 feedback is fucked now. They never seem to be discounted at all though.

Spray some ipa contact cleaner down the joystick mate. It solved stick drift on both of my controllers bud

Could someone clarify something for me, i'm popping over to someones house soon and i don't know the password for the wifi, if i take my ps5 and some ethernet cable and hook it up to the router, could my ps5 get internet connection without entering a password?

Bought a PS4 this week as there are a couple of exclusives I have never played, the load times are painful though.
I'm tempted to get a PS5 again, I sold mine last year but there are some decent deals on now I think (£390 for a slim disc from Argos).
I've read online that once PS+ has lapsed for 6 months you might lose your saves, has anyone had a big gap and they've been ok? My PS+ only lapsed 7 months ago, be a bit gutted if I have lost them but I don't think there's any way to check they are there without subscribing again.

I didn’t renew my ps+ for a fair few months but I can’t remember for how long, was a lot of months though. I renewed it last december and I’ve cancelled it again from auto renew hoping some deals come about . i didn’t have any issues about the saves and not heard of this before.
What sort of games you played in the past and games you look forward to play? I’m not sure if I got you on my list ?

Well I got the PS4 to play Detroit, bit niche I know. But I also never really played TLOU and Spiderman so want to play those too.
PS5 wise there aren't a huge number of exclusives that jump out to me, I'd get GT7 again (that's the save I want), Silent Hill 2 remake looks really good too.
I have an XSX so anything cross platform I'd buy for Xbox, the PS would only be for exclusives, of which I'm not sure there really are that many?

I’ve hardly been online myself past year, let alone putting on the PlayStation, have been on a little past week or two , getting back into RDR2 for some videos for the channel. I still got GT7 and I’d like to get back into that but with that game for me when you haven’t played it for a while it takes time to get back into it. Silent Hill 2 , I fancy that when it’s much cheaper, I played the first back in the day , when was it t released on was it a PS2? I got Hogwarts but hardly touched that, I might sell it and put the money to SH2. I haven’t bought any games long time , I just get free games from PS+ . The only physical games I got is, BF4, RDR2, GT7, BF5 and Hogwarts

I liked Hogwarts, completed that when it came out. SH2 is pricey at £55, I think I'd want it physical to trade later but unsure if the price will tank.
Completely agree on GT7, I got my first PS5 when it came out, played it loads and got really into it then went on holiday, came back and never got back into it really as I didn't want to invest time in it again. It's not as pick up and play as old GT games or Forza was, but then when you are into it it's definitely more immersive and addictive.

For me it’s learning the tracks, theres so many , I was gutted when this one didn’t have the cones for when you had to brake like on the GT Sport, I do alright for manual on the controller lol. Need to set up a lobby with you and Bi soon, take the rust off
