Alarm going off- randomly?

Have Clio RS, less than 50,000
Miles on clock.
Alarm is going off randomly. No specific time/ weather condition.
Disabled Sensors ( internal) with key fob sequence. Changed bonnet switch. Driving me & work crazy!
Advice please! Thanks.

What's the battery like? My 182 alarm is going off randomly when the battery is low.

Replaced the battery. I visited a ‘well known ‘ garage. 🙄 Asked them to do a load test. Quote- new alternator plus belt. ( separate prices) And, they needed to drain air con (£75.00) . 😳😳 Approx £800!! Said, unusual but not uncommon for low mileage. 🤷‍♀️ Not really sure this is the answer?

Mine either goes off if the battery voltage dips a bit low or there’s a spider inside 🙈

More often than not it’s the battery. It doesn’t necessarily mean it’s dud.

You can change the alternator without draining the AC fyi. I’ve done it.

my alarm goes off when a window is open when it's locked, could be as simple as that?
