Finally got around to raising the rear suspension a touch today as it was sat a little too low for my liking. The wheels did need a little bit more poke so I bought some 5mm spacers. Slapped them on and with the car sat better in could refit the rear diffuser too. Thats better and I do believe...

I wouldn't order anything from ktec expecting it to arrive anytime soon. They have a solid reputation for long lead times so if you need it running go elsewhere.

My 200 is a 2012 and I've never had the kangaroo issue. Maybe Renault sorted it? I've just had an exhaust fitted which usually makes it worse but still no problems.

My 200 makes a similar noise occasionally, maybe I should fit the new engine mounts I have laying about somewhere.

I 100% agree with this. My 182 was on standard cup suspension when I got it and fitting cooksport springs made it worse on the road. B14's were so much better on the road with the ride height just as you prefer. I'd say for road use they are the best option after standard suspension.
