Wanna give my Clio an Oil change, its a 1.2 16V 05 plate. probs goin to change the filter as well any ideas on what oil to use? Semi?

Alright then people so think we can agree that both cars would be very evenly matched!? Whats the best was to get a bit more power out of a 1.2 16V then without doing any major mods? Pannel filter? Exhaust?

I cant see that an engine would get damaged from idleing as its not under any stress! dont think it matters, i normally get goin streight away but take it easy but thats just because i dont get up early enough in the mornings to have time to warm it up idleing.
