    1.2 16v electrical fault?

    i have a 2001 1.2 16v and the electrical fault light has come on, the car is fine when u first start it up but a soon as it warms up or is reved the revs go up a down like a yoyo and it eventualy cuts out. any ideas what could be wrong?

    Hey im new 2 the site, I have a 2001 clio 1.2 16v ive had it 4 about 2 years. A couple of days ago the battery went flat iv since changed the battery and now the electrical warning light is on and the engine is running very lumpy, if you put your foot on the accelorator the revs will increase...
